Crock Pot Chicken Tacos
*Chicken breasts - about 4
*Can of Rotel - I don't like spicy so I use mild
*1 can of water (just fill rotel can with water)
*1 package of Taco Seasoning
Put all this in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours!
I make a recipe similar to this one and it is delish! I use enchilada sauce or salsa instead of rotel. We use it with soft tacos and enchiladas because it shreds apart super easy! :)
ReplyDeleteQuestion From a Non-Cooker :) Do you just throw the chicken breast in whole? Or do you cut it up before you put it in?
ReplyDeleteI just made this dish night before last and it was great! Thanks for sharing it!
ReplyDeleteI am also a "non-cooker" and it was SO easy. I just put the chicken breasts it whole and after the 4 hours on high you can break it up with a spoon right in the crock pot.
So glad to hear that this is great for a "non-cooker!" Yes, just put the chicken in whole. Super easy! (which I totally was at the beginning of my marriage - I mean, I didn't even know how to make spaghetti!!!)
ReplyDeleteHa thanks, I made it last night - delicious!
ReplyDeleteLOVE this! Thank you so much. Made it for some friends and it was a big hit. Will be sharing with others ;)
